 Victor Lyons, CEO
Trained in the field of mental health, Lyons specialised in PTSD (Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder). He has been a practitioner, and a trainer of practitioners, and instigated delivery centres in both the UK and the US.
In a parallel career, he instigated a succession of software programs in the UK and the US which became market leaders: in the insurance field; and in the eCommerce field; and in the HR field; and in eLearning. In 1998, he was awarded the prestigious Editors Choice Award by PC Magazine in the US for best eCommerce software, thus beating IBM, Yahoo AND Intel's competitive offerings. ReadingWise literacy and language products have been born out of combining mental health knowledge with IT knowledge.
 Indira Mansingh, Business Development
Indira Mansingh has had a distinguished career in TV news, and now heads the Communication Services department of India’s foremost NGO in sustainable development. Indira has been the head of Doordarshan News - Doordarshan is the Indian equivalent of the BBC. She went on to be a founder of India’s first private news channel, part of the Murdoch empire, and managed the channel for the next 5 years.
Indira has been a member of the Indian government, heading departments for culture, handicrafts and press relations. Indira is the Chairman of the Mountain Institute in India and on the board in the USA.
Indira is an alumnus of the University of Allahabad, India, George Washington University, USA, and the Indian Institute of Mass Communication.
Currently she heads the Communication Services department at Development Alternatives, as well as being a director of ReadingWise. Development Alternatives is a Delhi-based NGO which has created sustainable livelihoods for hundreds of thousands of Indians in rural areas.
Sara Worsley, Director Training
Sara Worsley is an expert in creating and delivering training programs for young offenders, teenagers with emotional and behavioural problems, regular corporate adults and schoolchildren.
She has worked in the UK, in Spain and in India.
She has served on numerous UK government working groups to bring about policy and program content change in youth training and higher education.
She is a published author on the subject of training programs for Special-Needs students, and the effectiveness of education and training in British educational establishments.
She has spent many years running a coaching centre for IGCSE and IB students, and art-as-therapy for adults and children in Spain.
She is also an artist in her own right, as well has being a published book illustrator and graphic designer.
Denis Moore, Chief Financial Officer
He spent 18 years with Barclays Bank in the UK, and ran the Greater London Business & Commercial division. He then spent 10 years with Citibank in the UK, ending up as Director of Business & Commercial Division and Domestic Mortgages. He then spent 5 years with Citibank in the US as CEO of Auto-Leasing. This became one of Citibank's most profitable divisions. In his spare time, he became a farmer and an expert on agricultural best practices. He now lives in India, where he advises NGOs on best management practices for rural development.
Harpreet Singh, Project Manager
Harpreet Singh is a business strategist. ReadingWise is using his experience of building business plans and generating commercial opportunities to create ReadingWise's education products as international brands. He has proven expertise in the delivery of a multi-million dollar banking, finance, and e-learnings projects. He has had extensive cross-cultural team experience running up to 200 team members. He has extensive international experience gained whilst working in Europe. He has TWO MBAs, from Cranfield, UK, and from Lyon in France. And he has a B.A. in Psychology.
